- ITInez T.Sep 28, 20252.0I want to give blood on a regular basis. This facility which is the closest to my home, continues to disappoint me with unexperienced technicians. Honestly, they need more training in drawing blood and making the process less painful. So sad and disappointing . To top it all, the new team Are not very friendly. management really needs to look into this since giving blood definitely saves lives. Please hire people who are experienced at drawing blood, and have calming/pleasant personalities.
