- ESElboney SimsOct 27, 20252.0I visited this location yesterday due to my doctor's schedule being fully booked. The staff was nice.. everything was fine until I was called to the back. I didn't notice how nasty that examination table was until I got up. The white paper had moved, and the table was exposed. When I got up to get dressed, that's when I noticed what appeared to be dried discharge on the table at the end where your legs or feet may hang, depending on how far you're up on the table. This is beyond nasty and unsanitary. I'm praying I don't contract anything from being there. They need to make sure the workers are actually cleaning those tables properly. I couldn't wait to get home to bathe… I'm still disgusted.

I came to this Planned Parenthood after my regular OBGYN notified me that they couldn’t replace my IUD despite prior appointments and weeks of notice. Panicked and desperate to just get the IUD replacement over with, I thought to visit Planned Parenthood as a walk-in and see if they could swap my soon-expiring IUD for a fresh one. I am so glad I did, and I wished I had just come here to begin with! The facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is warm and professional. I completed my pre-exam health screenings with Kat and Enid whose positive attitudes helped me feel calm. Finally, it was time to exchange my IUD with Mileka, the NP. Mileka was so sweet, so relaxed and confident; I felt safe! She explained everything she was doing as she proceeded, and it really made my experience so easy. The exchange was a success and I was hardly uncomfortable throughout the procedure. I am so happy I came to Planned Parenthood and would recommend this practice to anyone wanting an IUD!
