There is parking out front and we have never had any issues with it. My experience has always been positive but most recently, the staff was so thorough, explained everything step-by-step, and so attentive to detail that I just had to write a review. Jose made sure every detail was correct for the actual donation which is super important when donating: -he made sure our feet were uncrossed, flat on the ground, and arm at correct level for taking our blood pressure (correct form) -verified our identity at every step -very thoroughly cleaned the needle insertion site -easily inserted the needle with minimal pain -checked on us during the donation process -emphasized that we take out time, get water, grab a snack before leaving, and take it easy after donating We found out he has 15 years of experience so no surprise! Very positive experiences donating with One Blood. If you have questions, don’t feel afraid to ask.
