Unlike many other rehabilitation businesses Brooks understands why you are there and really focuses your treatment on what you really need. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Monica and GiGi at the front desk make you feel welcome and always have a smile on their faces. My therapist, Alex, was really great. She knew what I needed to get better and she did a great job motivating me and giving me challenging (but not over the top) exercises to fix my problems. I highly recommend Brooks!
- MAMike AAug 26, 20255.0Once you arrive to the Poinciana, Brooks Rehabilitation Clinic. the 2 ladies at the front desk (Monica y Gigi) are great. they always have a smile when you arrive, very friendly. The conversation with them is always wonderful. I give them 10 stars. The Physical Therapist(Jerome) he is great. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and he explain to you the purpose of each the exercise. Always have an smile to relax you. I give him 10 stars. I will recommend this facility in Poinciana to all my friends in needs of any Physical Therapist
