- LBlola buttsJul 4, 20255.0I have been in multiple Rehab Facilities since 2017, this is because I have had multiple Surgeries on my Spine. I can say, from my experiences in Therapy, that Brooks Rehab is the best facility hands down. They have a huge variety of updated Equipment to help with your healing process and the Therapist are very knowledgeable when it comes to providing a treatment plan for your individual needs.The environment is very calming from the time you walk through the front door being greeted by Minerva at the front desk, who is absolutely pleasant and so professional, making sure you have everything taken care of b/4 you proceed to your Therapist. I have been at Brooks approximately a year now and have received the best Therapy since 2017. Shout out to Dr. Bailey, who has worked with me for this entire time (OUTSTANDING) and to jasmine (AWESOME) as well. Dr. Christin, Dr. Rebecca, Dr. Krystle and Elicia, the Therapist in training! These are all well trained and knowledgeable individuals and it is a joy to go in for my treatments.

- ALAlexandra LopezNov 17, 20221.0Front desk person Miguelina and Manager have no clue about how medical insurance works. You don't need any insurance card or number just by calling to the insurance and provide patient name/date of birth you can verify the insurance. I have insurance wasn't verified by anyone, they have me as self pay and me to $90. While I was there I called in 2 minutes I got the info they needed. No apologies I received. They were so insensitive like you don't pay no treatment today. And exactly what happened I didn't receive my treatment waste of time due of lack of knowledge and don't about care the patient. I won't be back there. There is no trust. Everything they said about my copay amount was wrong when they always told me I don't have insurance. They lie to me.
