- MSMuhammad SaadDec 26, 20251.0I had a very poor experience with Stanton. They misrepresented copay amounts, which I personally confirmed after two separate phone calls with their staff. Despite this, they still attempted to overcharge and then blamed everything on “corporate” instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, there was zero courtesy toward the customer—the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help or explain the situation professionally. This experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend them based on honesty or customer service.

Mr. Brian did the eye examination. The doctors are remotely present who go over images and power for the leash/glasses. They write the report after studying data and images. Ms. Shannon helped me with the frames and ordering glasses. She explained to me the results of the eye exam and went over details about images. Both employees are wonderful and it was pleasant getting eye exam done. I highly recommend Stanton Opticals to all in this area.
