- AAAndySep 28, 20251.0Went in with my dad on this date of the review, the front and help desk were great service but the actual exam was virtual you basically don’t see a real doctor at all. Virtual eye exams are not that accurate at all, the person who was helping my dad do the exam virtual was very rude, I was there to translate he told me to stop talking basically, if you want a accurate eye exam go somewhere that a doctor you see actually being there helping you out. I could just tell whoever was doing my dad’s eye exam was not professional at all, he kept going faster and faster he did not care if the exam prescription was right or wrong . Just wanted to get it done basically. Exam was $80, we did it mid way I had enough I had to cancel it. Go somewhere else! Don’t waste my time!
