    I herniated two discs and have severe spinal stinosis...I thought surgery was my only option. Having had surgery prior for another disc l really didn't look forward to the 6 week at home recovery period. I met Dr. Nathan's and he asked if I would be willing to try decompression therapy with soft wave and laser therapy. I`ve been going now for 3 weeks and feel amazing! I was able to walk without pain after the first visit. I am so appreciative of the entire team for their excellent care and making me well! Thank you Dr. Nathan's and Dr. Rob the two best chiropractors in Jacksonville!
