- KTKiersten TaylorOct 18, 20252.0I donated blood here on Sunday, 10/11/25. The female phlebotomists were absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, and skilled. However, I had a poor experience with the male tech. I told him a certain vein was a bad spot, but he chose to try it anyway. That attempt failed, and I was left with severe bruising on that arm — worse than I’ve ever had after donating. He didn’t try again, but thankfully one of the female techs took over and got it on the first try with no bruising at all. I appreciate the great work from the women on staff, but I hope the male tech is more attentive to donor input in the future.

Ended up waiting 25 minutes for them to tell me I would have to wait another 25 minutes because they couldn’t upload my prescription. Complete waste of time. Was unable to stay for that long as I had another appointment. Can’t believe it’s this difficult to donate blood.
- BLB LJun 11, 20255.0All of the phlebotomists here have been great. I had to bring my children along one day for my donation, and everyone there was friendly and helpful, and made sure they were occupied so that I could give my donation. This is my preferred donation center.
