I am thankful for all the hard work they do! The donation clinic is very clean and well organized, which makes for a pleasant experience too!

The corporate side of one blood is extremely poorly managed . I have tried to complain about problems with the website ( overbooks appointments , for example . Once I got there and was turned away . Parking is terrible . There are no spaces designated for donors . You can look for a space for prolonged period of time . The rewards store , app , and website , more often than not , glitch and will not perform the desired function such as making an appointment or redeeming a card . So frustrating ! One blood does not answer my complaints , no matter how i deliver them . Never answer the phone , or return e mail or voicemail. Please know that the employees working at Mayo clinic center are superb . Constantly fighting problems with supplies , management , On one occasion food that was just delivered was expired ! On another, there was no water ! That is absolutely ridiculous !!!! Thanks for your response and for asking me to call customer service . Kind of useless exercise . You asked me to call . I did and no one returned the call these several weeks ! You said you were concerned . Well you certainly should be !
