The staff were all PPE’d up, and they used signs to show what rooms/chairs were sanitized. Christina was my phlebotomist, and she was fantastic! I told her I’m a bit squeamish and she made sure to keep my arm covered. I barely felt anything at all at the start and end! I appreciate the care being taken at this OneBlood and I’m comfortable coming back for my next donation soon.
