Options for needed care where carefully explained and choices were given with pros and cons. Honestly we have been lax in our dental care since 2020 but there was no shame given, only understanding and advice on moving forward. Happy to have found a great fit for our family.

I called 2 other dental offices and they were 2 weeks out at earliest for an emergency... I was able to get in same day with Mandarin Smiles. Not that the news was great, but more importantly I felt very comfortable in claiming this office as my new dental home. Was the first time in my adult life that I had a dentist sit down and show me the xray of my teeth and explain why I needed what I needed and the progression of what would happen if I didn't. I understand most would be skeptical at this point when they start talking the expensive stuff, but he really explains it down to easy terms and you know that it isn't about money, it's about the care you need!!
