The fact that I am able to reach my Dr. at any point and receive a response is care you just don’t get with other primary care offices. My first visit we accomplished so much and I wasn’t there for three hours. The partnerships Dr. Agyemnag has made with other offices to offset labs and other services is worth the price in itself. With a healthcare system that’s more focused on treating symptoms versus the source of the problem I knew Fresh Start Primary was it for me because it’s about preventative care with a customized feel, 1-1 ons that don’t feel rushed, the attentiveness, and the safe space to know Dr. Agyemnag Is in your corner.

I could tell she did her research about me before I came to see her and I did not feel like I had to to start over and explain myself again....to me that means EVERYTHING. This was my first time seeing her and I feel safe in her care. I am excited to continue preventative health care journey under her plan for me.

After a week for trying to get my refills because of an internal software problem I decided to go to the office. Jada told me "just because you show up in our lobby doesn't mean you're leaving with medication". Very rude office and doctor.
