What a GREAT workout this was and the staff was over the top welcoming. Even the other people in class were helpful with getting set up the first time. This is a high energy class with a lot of screaming and cheering - just be prepared for a great workout!

Getting Out of CycleBar Membership Can Be a Challenge CycleBar does not have Better Business Bureau accreditation, but they do have a lot of complaints reported to the BBB. A complaint that gave the fitness outfit a one-star rating (the lowest BBB offers) from December 2021 warns that canceling CycleBar "is near impossible." And that once CycleBar has your credit card information, there is no option to delete it from your account. An August complaint from the same year accused a CycleBar location in Virginia of doing a "bait-and-switch" twice. Yet another, from November 2021, said that customer service was non-responsive when they tried to freeze their CycleBar account. If you choose to join CycleBar, please be aware that it is a greedy corporate company. Cycle Bar is fun and Sara is nice but it is a front. Cycle bar will charge your account for membership that you don’t have. When you talk with Sara she will not resolve it. She is nice but remember she works for the corporate greedy company and will not fix any membership issues. You will have to get a new debit card because they will continue to take money out of your account. It’s not worth it.

All I really need is one small excuse to convince myself to skip a workout, but with Jax CYCLEBAR I can never come up with one! It’s absolute perfection.
