Everyone else , especially the providers were amazing. All of the providers were nice , showed that they cared about what I was going through. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all questions that I had about my situation. They took time to explain the process and what to expect moving forward. I was very pleased with the whole process and the staff that served me. Hats off to the staff as a whole. Great group of people!!!

And once I did get placed in a room I waited another hour It feels like they overbook or don’t value patients’ time. The doctor was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating.

I gave two stars because there system was down and it seemed like no one knew what to do with the system down. I got a call from my recruiter a week later that my MMR and Varicella Titer samples could not be located and I was sent to another location for testing as i refused to go back to their location. How annoying.

And the last time my husband and I came here for a hair folical, the poor man was shaking so bad while using the razor on my husband's arm that he nicked him all up. He's a big burly man but I wouldnt have been happy if it was my mother or child. As a truck driver, ill make sure he picks a new place next time.... I'm going to be late getting my kids from school. 😑
