- ASAshley StantonJan 6, 20261.0I was referred by my neurosurgeon almost one month ago. I have called and left over 5 messages trying to schedule. Instead of a call back, I get a text message asking me to call them again to schedule. Rinse, and repeat. Extremely disappointed.

I came in not being able to hardly lift my right foot and leg. Still having some trouble, but can lift it now and with no pain. Thank you again.

- TRTyler ReedJan 16, 20231.0Pros - you're inside JCA, so you're free to visit the gym, sauna, shoot hoops, etc. That's truly the only reason I stayed. Cons - this is the smallest PT facility I've ever seen mayyybe 300 sq ft with no windows. Pretty much an equipment closet. I was there 5 months and saw at least 5 different front desk people and two CPTs leave because it's so small. High turnover rate says staffers. Because of a more geriatric clientele, functional fitness equals opening a car door or putting on your clothes. For me, functional fitness is being able to workout, go kayaking, or throw a football. Definitely not their forte here. Also a bit callous and unprepared when my insurance changed. I was told they took everything but medicare before then after the switch, woops sorry we don't actually take your new insurance and can't talk to you since we know you're covered by a plan we don't accept. It was cold and I still had 6 weeks on my doctors orders. Now I have to go back to PCP, get a new referral, and start somewhere else. They didn't even send me home with a printed workout to get me through. So yeah, just cold and very corporate.
