- HGHeather GoldenJun 23, 20255.0I've been doing rehab with Nancy at Brooks in Riverside due to my knee replacement. Nancy has been so patient with me and I know I'm not the easiest patient. She has helped me tremendously with her knowledge, encouragement and most incredibly, her patience! Truly, I'm not sure if I could do it if it wasn't for her!

After providing my insurance information and requesting the cost of the physical therapy service a week before my appointment, I was assured that the department would review it and call me back with the details. That call never came. When I arrived at the appointment, I repeatedly asked for the cost and was told that they still did not know. To my surprise, I was informed that I would only be told the price AFTER completing the session, or I could reschedule the appointment for two weeks later just to check the cost, by which point my injury would likely have already improved. Imagine going through a service without any idea of the cost. This lack of transparency was unacceptable, and I had no choice but to leave without receiving the physical therapy I needed for my injury. I would not recommend coming here for your physical therapy needs.

I have had shoulder issues, a broken bone, and shoulder problem affecting posture. I have been treated at Brooks Winston YMCA, every time I left treatment with stronger mobility. You will be satisfied with PT at Brooks, specifically Brooks Winston YMCA (Riverside).

Been going here since last year, for my shoulder.When I found out I had to have surgery,I went back to this location for my post op shoulder surgery rehab and I’m still here. Great team. My favorite person is Dominique Wiggins, she is very outgoing and funny. She will make a bad day turn good. I’m going to miss this place once I complete therapy. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back for future problems.
