- SGSarah GraceOct 29, 20255.0Michelle was amazing to work with, speaking as someone with a lot of negative experiences with physical therapists. I feel so much more capable. I can safely navigate stairs without railings, sprint across a parking lot, and go shopping for groceries without getting exhausted. These are little things that atrophy due to a chronic illness kept me from doing. I'm back to keeping up with my house and prepping meals for the week. I'm so grateful for her encouragement and support. As long as you do your at-home exercises to the best of your ability, you will improve your skeletomuscular situation. I was able to surpass expectations through hard work and dedication. Remember, you can't get more than you put in out of it. It won't fix my nerve damage, but my body is stronger than it's been in years. Thank you Michelle! Also, Miss Sharon is phenomenal. I love her so much, and y'all can call me anytime if someone is giving your front desk team grief. 😤

She was not just very good, she was excellent in all categories! I highly recommend Brooks on the Northside, and should I need physical therapy again, I will certainly ask for Kaylin Augustine! All the staff were friendly, and I had the best experience possible!

They not only gave me awesome therapy services but they were also great teachers! From a person that asks lots of questions behind the mechanics of recovering from a "Massive Rotator Cuff " tear, from not ever having any shoulder issues, they were both outstanding! Thanks again.

This is the best group of people from the therapists (could not ask for better ones) to the assistant (love her energy and smile) to the front desk, she is "Dee Bomb"! I cannot recommend this location for therapy enough. Whether it's for an adult or child they are awesome!
