* Please note we are NOT located in the Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital. We are just south of Memorial Hospital near the Payless shoe store and the VA clinic. Our entrance has the covered canopy drive-thru and automatic doors. Enter through the automatic doors and we are to the left.

When you get to the counter to check in, Tangela is the sweetest and kindest person... Her bubbly energy is infectious even at 7am! Kyle has been wonderful working with me on my pulmonary rehab. Julia is absolutely fantastic, she educates you about the pelvic floor and it's importance during her sessions. Caitlyn has been so helpful and just a pleasure to work with. Everybody I have encountered at Brooks Rehab has been amazing! Brooks Rehab has helped me immensely, despite the fact I keep having setbacks medically, the work they do with me has helped me not regress near as much.

They offer so much more sophisticated training for people that need rehab. They just have to want to do it. It is very difficult to keep coming when it is painful and hard. Please stay strong and push through this hardness and you will get your life back! Thank you so much for all you do Brooks Rehab, and I will almost tell everyone how fantastic you are♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️

- CGChris GuentherAug 10, 20251.0The therapists and people that work at Brooks rehab have always given me 5 star service. However the appointment setting and Administration are the worst the system would be answered by a operator who would then forward the call to a scheduler after waiting for the scheduler to answer the phone the call would be forwarded back to the operator. After doing this several times it would ask you to leave your name and phone number and then you were told they would return your call as soon as possible after 5 days of not being able to get a live scheduler on the line and going back and forth with the operator I finally got a live scheduler. By this time the earliest appointment was a week after my hip replacement surgery. Add I've been able to get a scheduler on the line initially I would have been able to get it in 48 to 72 hours after my surgery. Luckily my doctor was able to send a referral somewhere else and they got me in on time. Brooks is a great place if you can get around the administrative and scheduling times.
