From the young ladies that take your food order, the Certified Nurses Assistants, Nurses, Doctors, case management,and All the Therapists plus assistants in Therapy department. They each deserve a 5 star plus. The compassionate support definitely adds to the healing process. Each person strives to exceed expectations and it shows. So if you are seeking a Rehabilitation Hospital then 100% recommend Brooks Bartram, and I am not a computer.

Dr Shah, Arryn, Beata, Leonie, Elizabeth, Zwannah, Joshwulynn, Salvina ( Vina ),...Alfredo, and the rest of the staff that took very special care of me during the 30 days I was there all deserve excellent 5-star ratings. My room and the rest of the facility are kept clean and well maintained. The food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are plentiful and very delicious. I recommend anyone seeking special treatment for rehabilitation to stay here and enjoy. I had hip surgery at UF HEALTH JACKSONVILLE and transferred to Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital Bartram for rehabilitation.
