- RHRobert HigginsJul 2, 20245.0I recently had an amputation of my left leg. I was checked into Brooks Bartram after my release from the hospital. Nurse Shuana got me settled in the first couple of days, she was all smiles.. But I got to say that all the nurses and trainers were phenomenal. I’d like to thank my OT Keydan and PT Oliver for pushing me hard. I would also like to thank all the other trainers that made my stay enjoyable, but worked me hard to get me strong for my future ahead of me. Dr. Dempsey was great to and took time to explain what lies ahead of me, being he had a Prosthetic leg of his own. If, anyone needs a place for rehab this is the place I would tell them to go.
- DEDigital EffectsMay 25, 20245.0My husband was in here for 12 days in January and it was an outstanding experience. He wanted to stay longer but Medicare said no, lol. He had a sprained hip from a fall and could not stand, they practically worked miracles with him in 12 days. Also they introduced us to the "Sara Stedy" transfer device, which we got the VA to get for him when we got home and it has been a lifesaver so I can safely transfer him, without hurting myself and keeping him safe. I never saw one before coming here. This place was great and total opposite from a place in St Augustine where we had a very bad experience months earlier.
- LELISA EDWARDSJun 23, 20225.0I was referred to Brooks Bartram by someone and this was the BEST Decision I have ever made in reference to my Health Care needs. Day 1 I was met with what I call “a Cheering Team” that met me at the door of the transportation vehicle. That first impression couldn’t even describe the care that I feel while I’m here. My daughter and I truly feel like Family in here. The OT/PT Therapist cares so much about my recovery. They listen to my concerns, they Push me for Greatness, they stop by just to check on me in between sessions, they remember my name, they know my likes and dislikes, etc. Every level of customer service cares for you Including the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff and all the office personnel. Just like anyone else, I Do Not like staying in a hospital like environment but my current stay has helped me Mentally to adjust and get thru my purpose here. I even had a visit at the hospital, before being admitted here, from one of the Doctors representing Brooks along with the Director of Nursing, Adam. This entire experience has been amazing and my health has been their Number 1 Priority from the moment I was rolled in here. If you want to do better , feel better and Heal properly, BROOKS REHAB BARTRAM is the Rehab Center to be in…..besides that, this campus is Gorgeous !!! And breathtaking ❤️
