- JCJen C.Jul 21, 20251.0From day one the client felt like Brooks Home Health Care was trying to get rid of her. That says everything. Almost a year with of the worst PT and OT experiences, it seemed these trained professionals were always trying to find ways to not service or help the client. Brooks executives need to reevaluate their managers too, the two I had to deal with were very unprofessional and exhibited absolutely no compassion.
