- MWMarcia WilkinsonOct 14, 20255.0No place is perfect. But of the places I visited, Brookdale Crown Point and its setup, suited my loved one the best. Most of the caregivers and all of the management staff will do almost anything to help the residents. I have seen our director, activities director, head nurse, cooks doing jobs that are not theirs, going above and beyond. The residents and staff become like our families. I'm sorry my loved one has to be here, but for us it is the best place to be.
