- SBSarah BucklandJan 2, 20261.0I was a patient here for at least 10 years until I moved to the west side and changed primary care doctors. I have been trying to obtain a copy of my records since JULY. I’ve called and left messages and I’ve emailed - someone finally responded in November and asked me what I needed and told me I only have 1 visit on file. I responded minutes later advising I’ve been a patient there for at least 10 years and asked yet again for my entire record. We’re now in January, and I still have not received a response. At this point I am not sure what to do other than reporting this to the Florida Department of Health or any other agency who will take the information. I am incredibly frustrated that essentially 10 years of my medical history is just….missing and/or this office just refuses to provide it to me for some reason. I do, however, continue to receive marketing messages and mailings from them. Beyond ridiculous. Stay away.
