  If I could give a negative star? This place would get 1000. Let me start by saying that Dr Tara Conner is one of the most unprofessional Doctors I’ve ever met. When my father passed away from COVID 19, she told my son it was his fault. That’s the start of many more screw up’s by her and her team. Which, we’ve only seen HER like 3 times in 5 years. My mother has had issues with her thyroid for decades. And have to come find out that for several blood tests her thyroid has been high. NEVER TOLD US THERE WAS A PROBLEM. Just said she was ok. So we have no idea how long it has been this way because of her incompetence. Oh, and she requires a yearly Medicare office visit, which I called Medicare personally. They do not require anything like that. But if you don’t go to see her for something during the year? That’s her way of getting her money. And when we did need her when my mom was sick? We couldn’t get in to see her. We had to go to a walk in clinic. Earlier this week my mother fell and went to the hospital. She needed 9 sutures. They told us to follow up with our primary care Dr and have take out the stitches. I called before we left the hospital and had to leave a message. Next day, left another message. Today I called and was told that she has a new primary care doctor and Dr Conner will not see my mother. That’s why I don’t get a call back. Her new doctors appointment isn’t until JANUARY. So now, I will take my mom back to the hospital to have them take the stitches out. I wouldn’t trust her to treat my dog let alone a family member. She and her office is useless. Unprofessional. Honestly? For what she’s done with my mom, she should lose her license all together. If I can report her? I will. She needs to stop practicing, she’s a danger to the community.

  I would not recommend this office to anyone. First of all, my mom hasn’t seen Dr. Connor (only the nurse practitioner)) in more than 2 years. Secondly, this office is only concerned with checking off their medicare required appointments and does not have any care or concern for the patients actual health. I brought up concerns about my mother’s health and was dismissed and the nurse practitioner who never once touched my mother or checked anything. In fact, my mom’s chart indicates that her mouth and tonsils look well. My mother had her tonsils removed 50+ years ago! I annoyed the nurse by asking “too many questions” as I have been concerned about my mother’s lack of treatment and decline. They were quick to make sure that she made her next medicare follow up appointment though. They just want their medicare reimbursement and not interested in self-pay! They won’t accept anyone with self pay because they don’t actually care about your health.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Connor for over twenty years. She is kind, compassionate and her expertise in the medical field exemplary. She takes the time to listen, and always explains completely when prescribing a new medication or addressing a medical concern. Dr. Connor is a dedicated physician and her caring staff always finds an appointment when I call.

  First visit just for a pick up, Not impressed with look and feel of the reception area., Seemed rather cheap looking and not very inviting. Dr Summers will hopefully be the same as before, On the ball and accurate body fixer.
