  I had my 2 sons ages 9 and 11 appointment. The staff was so welcoming and professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ms. Passaro was incredibly thorough and worked amazingly with my boys ( who are difficult when having dilution done ). Mr. Passaro took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. He made the boys feel confident in the frames they picked. I left feeling confident in my son’s eye health and very grateful for the personalized attention. Highly recommend! ".

  The worst eyecare experience I've ever had in 40 plus years! The employee and the male OD shows outward tension with each other that is uncomfortable. They measured the line of sight incorrectly and had to reorder the lenses twice. I feel the prices were inflated and wasn't told they didn't go through my insurance, which would have lowered my out of pocket. The male OD has some apparent ego issues. I'm thankful there was a problem with the material of the glass frames and was no other acceptable choices so that I could go elsewhere. I had an appointment 7/22 and after no acceptable resolve went elsewhere on 9/23...2 months later!!!!! And still no glasses! I found a place and will have glasses in less than 2 weeks at less out of pocket costs with more options!
