  I scheduled my cleaning appointment back in November for Friday, January 9 at 5:00 PM. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was surprised to find all the lights off, no staff present, and a padlock on the door. When I called the office phone number, there was no answer. What made this more frustrating is that the office door clearly states the practice is open Monday–Friday until 6:00 PM, so my appointment time was within posted business hours. If the office was going to be closed, I should not have been scheduled for that time. If there was an emergency or unexpected closure, I really wish I had been notified beforehand. I had to arrange a babysitter for my 8-week-old baby, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I also waited nearly two months for this appointment, only to arrive and find no communication at all. Overall, the lack of communication and consideration was very disappointing.

  Most of the staff is nice, are helpful even when it’s busy. Had a very uncomfortable incident with the front desk staff in which I overheard them laughing and loudly making comments about a phone call I had with the office about 15-20 minutes prior to coming in. The phone operator made jokes about my broken Spanish before she noticed I was waiting to be checked in. No apology or realizations. I regret not advocating for myself in the moment from the embarrassment. Please have a refresher on professionalism.

  The customer service is horrible. They over book and then make u wait over an hour. They make up billing. I thought it was a one off but it has happened repeatedly. And now reading reviews I see they do it to everyone

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Altima Dental, and I can't say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff members are incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Each person I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring, which is a rare combination. My Doctor Detective ☺️ is exceptional inside joke. On a serious note she is amazing and talented and their expertise and commitment to patient care are evident in every interaction. They took the time to explain each procedure, ensuring I understood what to expect and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It's clear that they prioritize patient comfort and well-being above all else. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. I left feeling not only satisfied with my treatment but also grateful for the compassion and kindness shown to me by the entire team. If you’re looking for a dental practice where the staff truly cares about their patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Altima Dental. They have set a new standard for what exceptional dental care should be!
