- SSStephanieOct 5, 20251.0When i called to make the appointment, i was told that they accept all form of insurance. I asked 3 times specifically the insurance i have. They confirmed yes all 3 times when asked on the phone. I get there, do my exam and 1 person tells me that it's only a discount on the eye exam and I'd have to pay. I make some calls because i was not prepared to pay... i get back to another employee about paying the discount price for the exam and he tells me that my insurance is out of their network and I'd have to pay the full price of the exam. It's clear that none of the employees are on the same page about what insurance they accept and honestly i was very displeased with my visit... the doctor that did the exam was also remote which if i would've known that i wouldn't have even bothered to proceed with making the appointment. There were technical difficulties with the computer or connection and i felt it was very disorganized. I should have read the reviews before going because it looks like im not the only person that had to deal with insurance issues because it seems the employees dont know what insurance they accept.
