- NGNina GoonetteOct 22, 20251.0WORST PLACE EVER PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE I paid Via Zelle, Cash, and a loan company… I paid non refundable deposit of $75 for consultation prior to appointment time but when arrived I was told consultations are $300 which I wasn’t aware of, once asked why she informed me that $300 deposit is for X-Ray AND 3D X-Ray, Cleaning and teeth whitening an will also go towards treatment so I paid her remaining $225 in cash, but I did not receive 3D X-Ray, cleaning, teeth whitening NOR did the price roll over towards treatment… when she explained my case I told her I would like to do the MOST IMPORTANT first in my case which she informed me that it will be extractions. She received $2700.. I reminded her again I want to handle the extraction because that’s what’s most important from the doctors knowledge.. so We verbally agreed that $2,700 will go towards the following •Deep Cleaning •Extraction •impression After signing original papers I noticed the name was wrong on the paperwork so I informed her when she came back with the paperwork I resigned not thinking she would switched the numbers on there to where that my deep cleaning will amount to $2,700… after doing deep cleaning she sent me home as I walked I notice the discrepancy in price and the things we verbally agreed upon asked her about it and we started to go back and forth.. she even charged me $200 for a mouth wash that costs $10-30 over the counter. I tried reaching out to her later that night she ignored me, I tried reaching out the following morning but ignored me so I went back to her office.. I asked if she charging me $2700 for deep cleaning and she said YES and proceed to say that she will no longer service me… I contact loan company and they open a case in regards of this She also informed me that my loan isn’t $2700 it’s $2025 because the loan company take out a fee so really my loan isn’t $2025 which made no sense when the loan that was deposited to her and what I was accepted and approve for clearly stated $2700 don’t waste your time with her
