  There is a tall black lady name charlotte that treats staff members as if they are nothing. Seen her talking to one of the staff any kind of way and when she left the bus apparently it was actually her fault and not the little guys fault. Also nothing is sanitary. Girl that stuck me literally dropped my gauze on the floor and put it back on me. Don’t think i’ll ever go back. Really bad experience, will be posting more

  A mobile one blood had me leave the minute I was done donating, causing me to walk down stairs as I was about to pass out. I eventually passed out and ended up calling every number for one blood I could find just for no one to answer and no one ever called back after I sent multiple messages. This place is dangerous and full of incompetent people. I've never been so scared in my life.

  Went to mobile blood bus in lake city, scheduled said 12pm till 5pm at location.. I arrived at 12 during my lunch break and was told it would be 30 minutes before they were set up.. if your scheduled for 12 seams logical that they would be ready at 12.. guess donations are not need that bad. I wasted gas and my lunch time to help my community for nothing.. Thanks alot.. ill give somewhere else from now on..

  I called and was told that as a therapeutic donor I wouldn't be eligible for a giftcard. This is total BS since they would still be able to sell my blood for a profit. I'm staying with LifeSouth.
