- KDKen DuffieldNov 7, 20231.0My wife is in an Alzheimer’s care facility. Concierge has been overly aggressive to get me to use their services. The have missed a meeting and tried to make contact with my son who is a secondary emergency contact. I have written a letter asking them to stop all contact. This month the Medicare billing statement shows over $1,300 in charges billed to Medicare, all unauthorized. I have no trust in them.
