I was instructed to visit a second office that will be open on Saturday to read my results. I was informed that the information was incorrect by their staff member. I was given an apology but now at my inconvenience have to return to have the procedure done a second time. At the fault of their employee providing me the incorrect procedure process. This is my time, body and wellbeing.

So yes, I was a little off at work, who wouodnt be? I had just lost my FATHER. This was the second time Goodyear has done this to me and i passed both times. While nobody else has been tested once. It was was humiliating, embarrassing, and every type of word you can use in that scenario "both times". Im only writing this so whoever reads this, knows that at this facility wad totally confidential, professional, and friendly. They took an extremely embarrassing moment and made it very easy, and it was also very sanitary.
