- MMMichaelJan 2, 20261.0Terrible experience. The lady doing the eye exams was very sweet and professional, telling us how everything works and asking if we needed anything. But when it came to seeing prices for glasses, and I believe his name was Kyle, who was one of the guys helping to see prices for glasses, was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He tried adding additional fees such as blue light lenses without showing us the price of only the lens and frames. He did not tell us the blue light lenses he added on until after we believed that was the price of just the lens and frame. Because we were young, we were just trying to find out prices and the best options to go with. We ended up deciding to just pay for the eye exam because we did not trust him enough to see if he was giving us a fair price. Then, as we were leaving, he had the audacity to even ask us, “Out of curiosity, how much did you expect it to be?” He honestly left us in shock and with certainty of not going there again. May god bless his soul so no one has to deal with that again.

They tell you to pick out a pair of glasses before they ever give you an exam.. first eye exam I ever went to where I felt like they just wanted to sell me glasses before I ever went in for the exam. I told them I just wanted to pay for the exam and leave when I gave them what I thought was my assurance they told me I would be out of network, but my wife was there two weeks ago and they never said a word about it, but they sure sold her glasses. Runs as fast as you can to somewhere else this place is just a scam.

My family came in to get glasses and everybody was extremely nice and fast they got us in and out (there was no other customers there lol) but I have a 4 year old non verbal autistic daughter and the ladies here were the best to her. One of them made her a little treasure box with a glasses case some coloring pages and crayons and lollipops, she gave her peanut butter crackers out of her desk. They helped us pick out good glasses for all of us and cheap!!!! (For glasses). And I got mine the same day!! Before we even left the store mine were ready to go!!!! We will definitely be returning here I hope the company treats you guys as well as you treated us. Thank you so much
- NSnelson SantosOct 2, 20251.0Not sure how to deal with it! I have been going to Stanton optical at Jensen Beach and I had some pretty good luck. The bifocal lenses were made nicely and the one made last year was just perfect. But I went to their new branch at Okeechobee road at Fort Pierce as it's ony way to work , and everything from there went downhill. Glasses came back with not what I asked them to do. Blending of bifocal was so bad you can see the lines.. I don't know if the company changed the eyeglass lab they used before. But I'm not sure if I ever go to this branch location again.
