I came on time for my appt this year and the lady at the front desk was telling me that my insurance is not covering eye exams this time around. I asked her if I could call my insurance quickly to see what’s going on (because they didn’t do this and they should have). She said that I could but I would miss my appointment. I asked why they didn’t call and tell me this ahead of time and she said that they did. I listened to the voicemail and checked the messages I received from them, none of which were calling me to let me know this. They were all automated reminders for my appt. I have the voicemail and messages saved and went back to check and I never got a phone call about this. Meanwhile I took off work for this appointment. I called my insurance and had the hiccup cleared within 5 minutes. However, the lady at the front desk had such an attitude with me I will not be back and I’ll be scheduling my exam elsewhere.

Robert is very helpful, he educated and worked with us through the whole experience. This is the only place I will be purchasing my prescription from in the future.
- CNchrista nicoleNov 13, 20255.0while everyone i interacted with was nice, i want to specifically shout-out and thank travis for his patience. he was very helpful in ensuring i found a good pair of frames for my wants and good lenses for my needs. he went through all the numbers for me, but wasn’t ever pushy about making the sale. he tried to make a personal connection as well beyond the glasses and overall gave excellent customer service. they even cleaned my existing glasses so they look and feel like new.
