I was extremely disappointed by my experience here especially from a place who claims to care about women and their mental/ physical health. I came here in hopes to get an IUD because this is one of the few places that offers sedation when getting it placed. When I was in my consultation for birth control, I was informed that I should not eat the morning of my appointment to get an IUD placed. Flash forward to when I’m in my appointment to actually get the IUD. I did not eat as stated when I previously had an appointment. This caused some complications when placing the IUD. I felt extremely dizzy and hot, almost as if I was going to pass out (my appointment was at 9:40am I did not get into the exam room until close to 1pm) I was slightly nervous but not enough to cause this type of feeling. So naturally I informed the gynecologist of what I was feeling. She was beyond rude to me. She has asked if I eaten anything and I told her no because that is what I was told to do beforehand when I explicitly asked. This caused her to scream at me and tell me that I was a liar and nobody would have told me that. This shocked me and caused me to start crying out of panic. Not once was I allowed to catch my breath and was just constantly screamed at. She was saying that I simply needed to get out because I could not handle the procedure and that it was entirely optional. Again not letting me speak and speaking to me in an aggressive tone. This caused the situation to get even more tense and her to get close to me and state “let’s get one thing clear. Nobody here told you that, so let’s stop” the anesthesiologist was also yelling at me stating it was “an adult procedure” implying I was a child for reacting poorly to two grown women screaming at me. Eventually the situation was resolved by the anesthesiologist (after making inappropriate comments) and they allowed me to get a couple of snacks. After I was in the waiting room I was speaking with my friend who had witnessed everything about the situation. I was told that I needed to drop it and that it was in the past. This is beyond rude and inappropriate after they had treated me in such a manner. This was the first time I had gotten a procedure like this or seen a gynecologist. I’m sad to say that it was a terrible first experience and I was made to feel ashamed and uncomfortable.

I went to PP for a women's health care procedure, after 2 failed attempts by two different OB/GYN doctors. From the escort into the building, to the final goodbye, my time there was a pleasant, professionally handled, positive experience. My thanks to all of the staff who took care of me, Tanya being the one name I remember, as their demeanor made all the difference. Thank you for what you do...I appreciate you ☺️

I had the best experience getting my blood work done with Medical Assistant Alice and Nurse Practitioner Steph! From the moment I walked in, Alice greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel completely at ease (you can tell she genuinely cares). She was super gentle with the draw — I barely felt a thing, and she even kept me distracted with friendly conversation so I didn’t get nervous. Zero bruising afterward, which never happens for me! This team is top-notch — professional, kind, and truly skilled at what they do. I’ll never go anywhere else for labs or follow-ups. Alice and Steph deserve all the stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly, highly recommend!
