I never donated blood before.
Raleigh was fantastic! She was compassionate to the fact that I had a bit of anxiety. I barely felt a thing.
She made sure I was co.fortable, turned on the TV to help get my mind on other things. I highly recommend this place AND Kaleigh! Def coming back.
In and out on a Saturday in 25 min.

A great place to donate blood! Very friendly, safe and efficient service. After every donation you get a fun gift and also can track where your blood goes in the region.I have been donating here for a year and I look forward to continuing.

As soon as I walked in, I specified that I didn’t want a trainee. I wanted someone well experienced (w at least 3 years of experience )guess what I got a trainee and I tried to avoid it and not say anything so here comes to take all my blood and my blood isn’t flowing and when I looked it up, it said it was most likely because of needle placement so my (FIRST TIME ) I really specified I didn’t wanna a trainee/relatively new person, they gave me a trainee And worst experience of my life and I will probably never donate or even try to donate again because of this.

Gave blood a few weeks ago -- walked in 30 minutes before closing time and the Phlebotomists were in great moods and more than happy to accommodate. I wish I had written down their names.
We had fun conversations while my blood was being drawn and they weren't rushing me at all. They fed me, gave me drinks and made sure I was okay before I walked out.
Highly recommend the Big Red Bus in Fort Myers. You really do save lives by giving blood and they need it always. It only takes 20 minutes, it's better to make an appointment so you don't have to wait. Teens 16+ can give blood and receive a $20 gift card, there is a short form you have to sign for permission.
Thank you OneBlood, see you later this year.

It’s a shame I had to walk out instead of donating blood because the staff is so rude. No please, not thank you, just blunt questions and shove an iPad at you. Patient intake is awful, experience is awful. I will not go back and I was a regular donor. Great Job one blood, try to have staff that knows common courtesy and how to Interact with people. The worst part is I ask to speak with a supervisor and I get the same front desk person who was discourteous. Hailey great job having a donor walk out because you are delightful !
And instead of acknowledging she should or could have said please or thank you or not been so uninviting: she looked to debate the point with me. There is nothing to debate. You have manners or you don’t:
