We ended up buying a lift chair from Chad also - continuing our 5 star customer service experience. Two days later we had another five star experience with Bryan who managed to get the delivery done late in the day while family was still present to help. He was extremely knowledgeable about the chair making sure that Joan understood exactly how to use the chair, all of his benefits and how not to damage the chair. Thank you so much Bryan!!
