- CMChris MonroeApr 15, 20251.0HORRID! Nurses don't show, up or even call. One gave 2 of the same IV antibiotics to PICC line instead of looking at each label. Sent one who acted strangly as if on drugs. Another nurse wasn't careful with cleanliness. Awful awful experience.
- DFDave FarrJul 20, 20241.0On Friday morning 7/18 this driver in there company car went through a stop sign on Sr 82 was doing at least 30mph and then turned into the second lane due going so fast through the stop couldn't make the 1st lane we had to slam on the brakes at steer to the right to avoid hitting her at 60mph we called the 800 # that was on the side of the vehicle to report her reckless driving talked to a representative of the company was told someone would call us back well that never happened for the next 5 miles she was weaving in and out of all 3 lanes driving reckless still we advised the company she needs to be drug tested I still can't believe they never called us back do not use this company her reckless driving and the lack of no phone call from this company shows that you don't want them taking care of your loved ones if you zoom in you can see she can't even see out her back window due to the big therapy ball and you can see she is still weaving in and out of traffic 7/28 still no call from this company I take they don't care about driving reckless employees
- SLSTEVEN LETTUCEFeb 27, 20241.0Terrible very unprofessional they give themselves an hour leeway for an appointment but not once did they show up on time she'd be anywhere from a half hour to 2 hours late and then sit in the driveway for 20 minutes then she would come in she's very opinionated and waste another hour there like I have nothing else to do all day but wait for her The last time I saw her she pretty much called me a liar demanding that she told me between 12:00 and 1:00 she would be there she had to go out to her car to get her notes to go oh I'm sorry you're correct I I did say 11:00 to 12:00 she was an hour and a half late I asked her to not contact me that we were done I did not want to hear from them again and yet for the past two days they call and leave me 2 minute voice messages thusly my negative review they are nothing but a waste of time The doctor put in a referral for them to come and bandage my foot three times a week she would only come 2 times a week I suggest finding a more professional group to deal with your home health care.
