- AAAnna3 days ago1.0The only positive part of my visit was the man at the front desk who was absolutely outstanding. Everything else was completely unacceptable. With only one other person in the waiting room, there is no reason we should have been there for THREE HOURS. I understand there are other pts in the exam rooms, but almost every room was empty. The NP who saw us was visibly sick, unmasked, and coughing repeatedly in the exam room without even attempting to cover her mouth. She told us, “Don’t worry, I tested myself. I’m negative. I just got off a cruise so I have the crud,” and added that her husband was home sick. Two days later, we are now both sick as well. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient safety is absolutely inexcusable. On top of that, she incorrectly completed my work-mandated physical, requiring my company to jump through hoops to get the correct forms. It’s providers like this who are the reason why the healthcare field is painted in a negative light. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and unreliable. Do not come here.
