  Been here 4.5 hours for DOT physical. Still waiting for Dr. HORRIBLE. Driving 30 plus years. Many physicals. NEVER taken more than a couple hours.

  My visit felt unnecessarily drawn out and uncomfortable. I felt judged based on my medical information, and the tone, looks, and overall demeanor from the nurses and examiner made me feel uneasy rather than cared for. The process felt inefficient and lacking compassion, which is disappointing in a healthcare setting where patients should feel respected. I do want to acknowledge one front office staff member who was polite, friendly, and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that one positive interaction didn’t outweigh the overall experience.

  Appointment at 11 got there 10.40 12 .pm not seen yet had to ask and staff asked if I want to reschedule maybe at CK in should have said running late not after waiting over a hr there for WTC first responder test never come here again

  I arrived at 10am for a physical. I was not taken to the back until 3:30pm! There was only one staff member doing physicals while everyone else sat around. I was instructed not to eat 12 hours prior to 10am! So I was 15 hours in without food! Staff was not helpful nor considerate of the inconvenience they costed. I was told to contact the other office and when I did I received an answer stating there was no one in office who spoke English! This is absurd to not have one employee who speaks English! When I told the staff members at the current office I was in, they laughed. If it was my choice I would never visit here again nor recommend anyone to the offices! 0 stars! Need to be shut down or under new management!

  If I could give Zero stars i would. Im not going to talk about when I got injured which is another story. But, The doctor's are Old and rude and misinformed. I paid 140$ for a DOT exam and they couldn’t pass me because i had an injury on file. (Fine) The front desk staff said give him a refund and the doctor said NO he has a credit for when he clears. I came back now that Im clear for DOT and they said i don't have a credit. The bleach Blond Heavy set and the brown short haired heavy set with glasses and the old shakey Doctor need to retire and stop treating patients like objects. They are argumentative misinformed and miserable. Go to Cora physical therapy this place deliberately works against you. The Blond with the arm tattoos is solid and knows her shit. Poor dude in the front desk with the glasses is understanding but still couldn’t help.I been on the phone with corporate for more than an a hour and they basically keep transferring me.lets see if i can get my money back. SMH 🤦 140$ taken from me. Perfect, 8 days before Christmas.🎅🏻 shame on everyone affiliated.
