- JGJohn GardnerNov 7, 20245.0I would recommend Brookdale The Colony without hesitation, to anyone searching for a memory care facility for their loved one. I am very, very pleased with the level of care and the attention paid to my spouse. Knowing that she is cared for is a blessing and a relief.
- LRLuis RodriguezOct 4, 20241.0We were looking for a place for our elderly friends husband and we saw this place and our friend really liked the place after looking at other places. But unfortunately, the admission person was very unprofessional. She stated that we needed to to do it before 5pm that day and we hurried to see other few places before the deadline and when we decide to go with them we get there before 5pm and she decides to leave early. They try to get a hold of the person and when they finally get a hold of her, she says that we can do it on Monday. Then she said she will call us on the same day and we still have not received a call. They are very unprofessional and it looks like one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. The enrollment is where they should be on top of things to get the income and they failed as a Company. We did find a great place and it was $1500. My advice, look somewhere else.

The staff at Brookdale were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The level of care provided to the residents was exceptional and appeared to focus on individual needs and preferences. There was a variety of amenities and activities offered ensuring that residents had options to stay engaged in. Overall, I was very impressed with the facility and staff.

The staff is great. Olivia is always smiling. If your looking for a memory care facility in the Fort Myers area please don't pass this place up
