    Had to go for my sunglasses 3 times since 5/9/25 The first 2 times I went they came without tint because supposedly the polycarbonates cannot be tinted. The manager called me because I requested a refund on the second time. She said and wrote on the paper order that an upgrade to transitions will be done to make it up to me. Today 7/2/25 I pick up the sunglasses but with tint now. No transitions, they are polycarbonates. The same that could not be tinted. Sorry, but after almost 2 months and a promise not fulfilled I cannot recommend.
