Because if the lab they use is so un professional what can I expect from them. Last time I ever buy anything from them. And they are not cheap glasses. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. At least I have another old pair I can use. If I don't get my glasses by the end of the week im asking for a full refund.........At the end I got my glasses when I went to pick them up they where very nice. They just need to get a better lab.
