I have been going here for a year and half to two years. Every time up till now it has been great. Turns out the hygienist I used is no longer there, I did not know that until after I had already checked in for my appointment. When I got brought back someone polished and flossed my teeth. I will say I do not floss a lot and trust me the message has been received. The woman who flossed was very rough which led to a lot of bleeding (again I know I should floss more and I actually will). When the new hygienist came in she was very nice and friendly. She started scraping and told me I have gingivitis (later she said I have early gingivitis) and how it can be reversed if we try and fix it now because if it gets worse and it gets into the bone you cannot fix it. She then told me about a product that can really help and pretty much fix it, IT WAS $600. I told her my old hygienist never said anything about gingivitis and she was like "oh it is in your file". My old hygienist always told me how good my teeth are and how well I take care of them. I heard them trying to sell the treatment to the woman in the next room and she was not buying it either. I am also someone believes what doctors say, if they say I need something I do it but this whole appointment was a giant sales pitch with scare tactics. I will not be returning.

Very frustrating experience due to poor communication. This was my second visit to this office. I had already sent all available X-rays from 2021 and 2024, including my most recent one from April 2025, ahead of time. When I arrived, I was told they could not see me at all, even for a basic cleaning and checkup, unless I paid out of pocket for a full set of new X-rays. The staff claimed this was due to Florida regulations, even though my insurance only covers full set of X-rays every five years and had already denied additional imaging. This requirement was never clearly communicated before the appointment, which resulted in a completely wasted visit. If there are state rules or mandatory out-of-pocket requirements, patients should be informed before scheduling, not after arrival. Transparency and respect for patients’ time are essential, and unfortunately this office fell short.

This place is a scam. They did xrays which was a mess, she couldn't find a way to clean the devices but used them anyway after a paper-towel wipe down. The exam room was very dated and dirty. The doctor claimed I had "many cavities" but when asked exactly how many, said I would need to come back for a full deep clean (quoted over $1,000) to determine exact number. I felt incredibly pressured but glad I just left without agreeing to anything. Booked in with another dentist on island and it was night and day. New dentist office was extremely clean, no pressure tactics and I left with a clean bill of health.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I originally went in for a routine cleaning, but from the moment I arrived, things felt off. The x-rays were a struggle to complete, which should have been my first sign that something wasn’t right. After being placed in a room, I waited in the chair for about 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or explained what was happening. Following the cleaning, I was left waiting another 30–40 minutes with no check-in or communication. I’ve been going to the dentist regularly since childhood, and I have never experienced anything like this. What concerned me even more was the feeling that I was being given half-truths and pressured into unnecessary procedures. A simple cleaning turned into a $500 bill, and the way the information was presented made me feel pushed into agreeing to it. Being my first visit, I was surprised at how quickly they began suggesting expensive and painful procedures I might “need,” which made me feel vulnerable and taken advantage of. While I was waiting, I overheard an older gentleman in another room expressing similar concerns, which made it seem like this might be a pattern. The entire experience felt rooted in fear-based tactics and upselling rather than genuine care. If you have children DO NOT COME HERE. I’m not the only review like this.

Tosha & Dr. Weith were amazing! My grandmother needed an emergency appointment as a new patient. They were able to accommodate her & establish a treatment plan moving forward! So blessed to have found this practice!
