I arrived at my appointed time and was seen almost right away. Dr. Knapp is very thorough and professional. He took time answering my questions, and I did not feel rushed at all. The staff are friendly. capable and efficient. The office is tidy and clean. The office is located in a plaza of medical offices. It is easy to find and there is ample parking. I would highly recommend Dr. Knapp if you are looking for a kind and knowledgeable opthalmologist.

I decided to look him up and saw these reviews and am very shocked that such personal attacks are allowed to be used as professional reviews. I don't know what happened to his dogs and I don't care. What I do care about when researching a dr is that he/she is experienced and extremely knowledgeable with any ailment I have. These personal attacks and calling someone scum because of something that happened in his personal life is extremely childish. I wish I could have read reviews on how he is as a dr.
