- CFChes farmsDec 30, 20251.0In my 30 years of retail experience, I've never encountered a store manager as unprofessional and rude as Mr. Jamie Corkum. While I understand this company's controversial refund policy, Mr. Corkum immediately attacked my demeanor and negated the refund policy. I have never encountered an employee and company this rude and disenfranchised. Apparently, numerous lawsuits are ongoing for GFS. As far as Mr. Corkum denying my exchange, I'll be taking legal action with the State Attorney's Office next week, and sharing this experience with Pensacola and surrounding communities. **Per your response GFS, it was for my 90 year old mother, unable to walk from a heart attack over Christmas. I have all the documentation. Legal action has been filed.

Only reason for 4 stars is holy EXPENSIVE! So far these arch supports work but there is no way in heck these things cost anywhere near this much to make. I paid it because I was getting desperate for some hip & knee pain relief that no amount chiropractic, massage, and stretching was fixing. My next step was medical care which I didn't want to start at my age. My hip and knee pain are about 75% better, but still flares up with exercise.
