Only reason for 4 stars is holy EXPENSIVE! So far these arch supports work but there is no way in heck these things cost anywhere near this much to make. I paid it because I was getting desperate for some hip & knee pain relief that no amount chiropractic, massage, and stretching was fixing. My next step was medical care which I didn't want to start at my age. My hip and knee pain are about 75% better, but still flares up with exercise.
