The ladies at the front desk were a huge help for my son and I. Thank you so much for getting my son with Michael Greenwell as his physical therapist. Micheal is really really good at what he does. You all deserve a big raise. Thanks again

My family has been coming to Brooks for Pt, pediatric OT & pediatric speech for awhile now. We have the most amazing experience from seeing friendly Ms. Betsy at the front counter, to when the kids go back to Mrs. Jen, Mrs. Amber, Mrs. Laurie & Mrs. Cassie. They've helped my family tremendously with everything and we greatly appreciate all they do for us. I've personally had a great experience seeing Sam, Jill, Lashanda & Randy for PT when I had my car accident and needed help getting on the mend.

I would not recommend getting physical therapy done here. The front desk staff is completely dishonest and lies about the cost. I had an injury that I needed P.T for. I called and spoke with Betsy Fitzgerald. I informed her that I was on an HSA plan with a deductible, and I had not paid any of my deductible for the current plan year. My deductible year was due to end in about 8 weeks. I requested to know what my out-of-pocket expense would be for the deductible per session because if it was significant, I would wait until the new deductible year started to apply the cost to that year instead.
She told me that she would get the preauthorization from my insurance and find out what the cost would be per session for the deductible. A few days later she called me back and told me how many sessions I was eligible for and what my cost would be per session. The cost I was told I’d have to pay per session was reasonable enough to not wait until the next deductible year started. I went for 8 or 9 sessions, paying what I was told the cost would be for each session after the session.
After finishing the sessions about 3 months later they billed me for an additional $1,500. I called Betsy and talked with her about the extra billing, and she informed me that she would have to speak with someone and would call me back. She never called back. She lied before so why wouldn’t she lie again? I have tried calling again multiple times leaving messages and no one calls back to resolve the billing issue.
The physical therapists are knowledgeable and friendly, but they get overbooked, so you won’t get their full attention even though you or your insurance are paying for it.

God bless, would love to say this team starting with Betsy and Kaitlyn in the front, make my family and I, and those that have walked in the office, feel very comfortable. This office and their therapist team stay very up to date when it comes to their patients and I appreciate everything they do for my family. Keep up the good work especially where everything starts the smiles in the front office.
