I’m extremely big on a customer service, I called in on a Tuesday spoke with lliana I have been having issues with my eyes and massive headaches from my prescription being expired, She spoke with me for literally about 20 to 30 minutes on the phone trying to assist me because I had so many questions and unfortunately did not want to pay the usual $400-$500 out of pocket. She scheduled my Exam for Thursday. I was in and out within 30 minutes. She was extremely sweet and even helped me pick the best frames for my face. lliana thank you again. You made my entire week and I have already Referred family, and friends to you.

And they get the prescription glasses made in 30 minutes. They also have a wide variety of choices for frames and lens upgrades, all reasonably priced!

I called ahead and was explicitly promised: "$150 total for a free eye exam + one year of Acuvue contacts." I arrived, completed the exam, and after he had me sit for the test, he changed the deal, told me I'd only get 6 months of contacts, and charged me an $80 exam fee. When I inquired about glasses, he tried to add extra charges and claim I needed expensive "high-index" lenses with a multi-week wait. While finishing up, he even tried to make me wait 15 minutes to tend to people who came in after me instead of just finding the contacts so I can pay. Then he claimed astigmatism voided the original deal and tried to spin it like he "threw in discounts" by switching me to monthly contacts. I ended up paying $230, but compared to the promised $150 and a full year of contacts, this was still a massive ripoff. He could've been transparent instead of waiting until checkout to box me in. I've done business with Stanton Optical 3 years ago for both glasses and contacts, and it was nothing like this. This bait-and-switch behavior is completely unacceptable. The optometrist who did my exam was great, professional, thorough, and not responsible for this shady behavior. This is bait-and-switch and deceptive practice. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here unless you like being upsold, lied to, and manipulated. I've been wearing glasses for 9 years and have never dealt with anything like this.
