    According to office policy, you are declared AMA if you can't afford your visit and have to cancel. I never refused the treatment; I just simply can't afford $600 out of my pocket right now. I've been in the medical field for 12 years, so I get the ins and outs of these things, but it seems quite inconsiderate to force a patient to be AMA for not being able to afford something, that they couldn't even offer a payment plan for. This completely changed my view on the clinic. Staff was great otherwise.

    I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. To be clear, this review reflects my experience with the front desk staff only, as I never actually got to see the doctor. I arrived on time for my appointment after waiting months to be seen, only to be turned away because I was not early, despite already having an established medical chart transferred from my previous provider. The interaction at the front desk was abrupt and dismissive, with no attempt to problem-solve or show understanding. I also witnessed another patient being addressed in a way that lacked discretion and compassion, which was uncomfortable to observe in a healthcare setting. While my situation was not urgent, I left thinking about how difficult this experience would be for someone dealing with pregnancy-related concerns or more serious medical issues. Compassion and discretion are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately both were missing here.

    After my gynecologist retired I was informed that this group was taking over the practice. I never even got to see a doctor. When I called to set up my first appointment the receptionist was exceptionally rude and condescending. I tried to ignore how condescending she was being but it only got worse. I finally told her I would find another doctor, one that had a friendly receptionist. They must not need the business.
