- MSMara StaDec 29, 20251.0Made an appointment for an eye exam here. I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that my insurance was accepted. I arrived for my appointment and was told they were behind schedule. I sat and waited for over an hour to then be told that they don’t actually accept my insurance. Not to mention the attitude I received from the staff here was unacceptable. I am so frustrated. Now I have to scramble to find a different place to perform the eye exam under my insurance before 2025 ends.
