  The gym and training were great, but the cancellation process was unacceptable. I followed the advisor’s instructions and paid my final contract month when moving out of state. Months later, I discovered YouFit was still charging me — and on a debit card I never authorized for membership payments. I was never told I also needed to call a separate number to stop billing, and YouFit refused to reimburse the unauthorized charges. Very disappointed in the misleading cancellation process and lack of accountability.

  I was on a TDY and decided to join this gym for the time been I got activated for military orders and had to cancel it. I called in to cancel it and ask if the fees could be waived and they say they could not be waived and that the will charge me 3 more times before they could cancel. Not military friendly.

  Plz fix the sitting bikes in the theatre room! Their peddles have been broken for months and add more sanitizing wipes. Cleanliness and sanitation is very important especially on shared equipment. Also the movies are often off in the theatre room and would be nice if we could actually watch them

  Don’t know what happened this gym used to be pretty good leadership really needs to reevaluate the new staff because the new staff is absolute trash. Equipment takes forever to be fixed just seems like the overall quality has just plummeted at Youfit Dania.

  I want to share a very unpleasant experience I had at YouFit. During my workouts, one of the trainers repeatedly approached me, pushing his personal training services. I politely refused every time — I am perfectly capable of training on my own, and frankly, I did not like this trainer at all. I had zero desire to work with him, yet he kept trying to convince me to sign up for sessions with him. Then one day I came to the gym with a friend. We were simply working out together like any two regular members — not training anyone, not teaching anything, just minding our own business. Suddenly, the same trainer approached us, interrupted our workout, and told us we had to leave the gym because he “decided” that my friend was a personal trainer. No proof, no logic, no explanation — just his imagination and attitude. It was humiliating, uncomfortable, and completely absurd. The very person who was pushing his services on me suddenly accused me of bringing an outside trainer just because I was training with a friend. The staff at YouFit: — push unwanted services, — ignore clear refusals, — make assumptions based on nothing, — interrupt members’ workouts, — and accuse people without any basis at all. I still feel uncomfortable remembering that situation. This experience completely ruined my impression of this gym. I absolutely do NOT recommend YouFit to anyone who expects professionalism, respect, or basic common sense.
