I had my 5 year old with me and they allowed him to enjoy his choice of the snacks while I did my donation which was quick and easy.

Just went and gave Blood for the first time in a long time, and I have to say I will never go to the OneBlood, Crestview location EVER again! The Lady who drew my blood was the Regional Director I guess, and how she was with me was just short of Rude:( You with think your there giving Blood, you should feel welcome, right? She seemed very distracted and any questions I had she brushed off and didn't really answer. I like to be informed, and my questions almost seemed to bother her. I for one would not recommend going here. Even the other tech there way annoying to me. She whistled and was loud and obnoxious, treated me like I was just an organ donor. WARNING if you want to give blood and feel good about your Donation....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Hope this helps someone not have such an experience as I just had.....

While I've been there, I've seen many many blood clients come and go without any problems. I'll be frank. The low ratings provided today to the center and the staff are unworthy to be considered for two reasons. Its unknown if the donor followed the correct protocols after donating that every tech communicates. Many clients are regular donors who never have problems. They come again and again to this center because its the best. The Crestview Center and the staff there are true pros, tops in their care and concern for each donor. You can trust and depend on them. Whatever happened, whenever it happened, if it happened at all, this is not reflective of the Crestview center.
