- JCJuan De la cruzNov 14, 20251.0I dropped off my frames for a new prescription on October 18th. I was told the turnaround time would be up to two weeks, which felt reasonable. On October 29th, I received a text stating that my glasses were ready for pickup. I was in New York for work and was not scheduled to return to Coral Springs until November 14th, but since the glasses were marked as ready and I needed them, I booked a trip home specifically to pick them up. When I arrived on October 31st, I was surprised to learn that my glasses had been sent back out for a correction. No one informed me of any issue, and I wasn’t given any explanation of what needed to be fixed. Unfortunately, this meant I flew home for no reason and spent money unnecessarily. What added to the frustration was that no apology was offered for the inconvenience. As of today, I still have not received any update or phone call regarding the status of my glasses. Clear communication is essential, especially for something as important as prescription eyewear. I hope this is addressed for future customers.
